You could make a world of difference in the life of a dog or cat, just by giving them a little of your time and attention.

There are several jobs a volunteer can help with.  Take a look at the list below and see how you can help.

• Brushing and grooming dogs and cats
• Bathing puppies, kittens, dogs and cats
• Social play and interaction with animals
• Training dogs
• Working at adoption and fundraising events
• Taking dogs for walks and car rides
• Walking or brushing an elderly dog or cat resident
• Taking dogs to the park for an extra special play session
• Assisting with marketing and administratvie tasks
• Helping with laundry
• Cleaning cat rooms
• Providing promotional materials to businesses in your area
• Providing dogs with exercise with yard play and pool play
• Talking with and petting the animals, just enoying some quality time with them
